What started as a vision to represent the culture and lifestyle of the Bay has grown into a brand built around identity, connection, and the people who call the Bay home.

KJ Hernandez is the founder of BayWay™, a Bay Area native, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, master automotive technician, peer support specialist, and professional speaker.

His journey is built on decades of experience in automotive, communication, leadership, community service, and personal growth. Through education, lived experience, and overcoming life challenges, KJ brings a unique perspective focused on resilience, accountability, communication, and positive change.
