BayWay is built on experience, resilience, culture, community, and growth.
I am an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician and California Licensed Smog Technician with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry since 1995. I specialize in electrical diagnostics, drivability issues, and correcting smog failures. My passion has always been solving difficult problems, helping people keep their vehicles reliable, and bringing honest knowledge and experience to the community.
Beyond automotive repair, BayWay became something much bigger than a business. I created a recording studio in the hood that became a safe haven for artists, youth, friends, and community members. It was a place where people could stay out of trouble, build relationships, express themselves creatively, and develop their talents through music. As a producer and recording engineer, I helped support and encourage artists while building a positive environment centered around creativity, growth, and community.
BayWay also represents Bay Area culture through my trademark clothing line inspired by the identity, resilience, and lifestyle of the Bay. Everything connected to BayWay is rooted in authenticity, self-expression, and giving people a sense of belonging and purpose.
As a United States Marine Corps veteran who has spent over 10 years navigating and learning the VA system, I am passionate about helping veterans transition back into society, connect with resources, and find support through difficult chapters of life. I understand firsthand the challenges veterans face with recovery, mental health, communication, relationships, and rebuilding purpose after service.
Today, I am continuing to grow as a public speaker focused on recovery, communication, personal growth, mindfulness, emotional awareness, family dynamics, and life experience. My goal is to use my story, experience, and voice to help others feel understood, encouraged, and empowered to grow through adversity instead of being defined by it.
This website is dedicated to all aspects of that journey — automotive expertise, community impact, Bay Area culture, creative expression, veteran support, and public speaking rooted in truth, experience, and growth.
